We are allowing an easy, hassle-free 7 days return policy, in case of damaged or defective products shipped in your order.
While the product is delivered and shipped, if found inappropriate or damaged or defected, you can contact our customer care number or at support@originiya.com and you will be notified by our team regarding the decision of refund or replacement.
Since we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship and send the product back to us at our registered address. Kindly pack the items securely along with the tags to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Once the product is received, our team will process your refund or replacement.
You will need to share the pictures or video of the product highlighting the damaged or defective portal so that the team can review it and decide on a replacement or refund. So according to the process, please drop us an email on support@originiya.com to our support team attaching pictures and video of the product in order to process the same.
